The Principle: Bonding Instead of Screwing

Custom standard parts rarely suffice in industrial production. As a manufacturer with our own die-cutting facility we develop and produce die-cut parts (die-cuts) that integrate seamlessly into your production line. From first sketch through prototype to series tooling, we accompany the complete development process.

The advantage over bought-in standard parts: our die-cut parts fit exactly into your assembly. By switching from screw connections to self-adhesive die-cut parts, our customers significantly reduce assembly time at simultaneously higher process reliability.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Die-Cut Methods

We process PE foam, PU foam, nonwoven, PET film, PVC, cell rubber, fabric and many specialty films. Multi-layer assemblies with different materials in a single die-cut part are our daily business.

Material Range

The correct material is selected based on your application requirements, compressibility, temperature resistance, adhesive strength and surface properties all factor into the specification.

Complex Assemblies

Multi-layer die-cut parts, kiss-cut assemblies on roll, die-cut parts with fingerlift tab or with printed release liner, we produce assemblies with up to 5 plies in one operation.

Precision

We die-cut with tight, material-appropriate tolerances. For demanding applications (display frames, electronic housings, seal geometries with complex cutouts), we validate tooling with first-article inspection. Achievable tolerances depend on material, geometry and die-cutting method — contact us for a specific assessment.

Why Contract Die-Cutting with Logo-Flex?

Custom solutions are not the exception for us, they are our core competence. The majority of our orders are bespoke solutions. We deliver Just-in-Time to optimise your inventory and prevent production stoppages. Short-lead manufacturing for urgent orders is always achievable through our own die-cutting facility. We deliver to customers throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland and across Europe, on schedule and with documented quality.

Delivery Forms

  • Individual parts: Stacked in bag or tray for manual processing
  • Kiss-cut on roll: Ancut on liner for automated dispensing
  • On sheet: Kiss-cut sheets for manual peel-and-apply
  • All forms with optional fingerlift for tool-free liner removal.

FAQ

What tolerances are achievable for die-cut parts?

Achievable tolerances depend on the material, geometry and die-cutting method. For critical features (through-holes, narrow webs) we specify tolerances during the quotation phase based on material and tool type. Contact us with your requirements for a specific assessment.

How quickly are prototypes available?

Prototypes and sample die-cut parts are produced on short notice by arrangement. The exact lead time depends on material, geometry and die-cutting method — for simple geometries and standard materials, rush orders are possible. Our in-house die-cutting facility and engineering team enable short development cycles. Send us your requirements and we will quote a binding delivery date.

Application Examples

Sealing and gasketing parts to drawing

Adhesive bonding parts replacing screws and rivets

Foam padding and vibration isolation parts
